I am very angry at the moment. I have a Tiscali email address and I have been unable to get any help and support with my email account. I want to do something very simple. That is to change my email accounts password. No matter what I have tried, I have not been able to change my password. I can logon to webmail but cannot logon to my account. I tried using my email address and password to log in to my account It rejected my password. I tried to login to the community using my email address and then my screen name and password.... no success. I know talk talk know of my account name and email address because I tried to register for the community with a different username but with the same email address and it returned an error saying email address/username allready in use. The only way I could get on the community was to use a different email address (my gmail email address) and a different user name.
Can anyone help me tey to resolve this issue? I have never had any problems with Tiscali email until a few months ago. It has been a very reliable email provider for me and I really dont want the hassle of going elsewhere or changing my email address.
