I like many have been having terrible problems with my emails through Outlook receiving up to 15,000 every day. I posted on another thread Sunday ( thanks to those that tried to help ) and on Monday only had 111 though it's started to creep up again over the last couple of day's. So I take it that someones tried to do something to stop them or is it just a coincidence. What I don't understand is the lack of communication about the problem from the people at Talktalk and to hear what they're trying to do about it. It's obviously affecting alot of people and after all the recent problems you would think it would be good PR to try and help people a bit more than they seem to be. I'm getting on a bit and didn't grow up with computers so when things go wrong I tend to struggle sorting the problem out so a bit of help from Talktalk would have been appreciated.
