A few days ago my onetel email account on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy S4) stopped working properly. It still receives emails fine, but won't send. The first few times i tried it came up with various "can't connect to server" messages, now it just says "failed". I have not changed any settings.
Meanwhile, my husband's phone was in for repairs and when he got it back and i tried to put his onetel account on it won't have it at all - again says it can't connect to server.
