Hi, I keep getting about 50 spam emails a day with cisco.com next to them, how to I stop?!!!

I have been getting lost of emails for the past few months with the word cisco.com next to them.  I've tried blocking the sender but it doesn't seen to work.  I would ge graeful if anyone has any suggestions.
