Patience is a virtue posses it if you can. I am generally a very patient person but this is affecting day to day life. Why? because we have (I have) allowed myself to be sucked into communicating by email. Phone I cant use, text has limitation emails answer my communication.
January - Gone, no access to talktalk email, the frustration went on and on and on
February - It was on and off, looked different, not so comfortable, page to small, folders empty Where has my saved information gone, "Don't worry" says chat live "Give it 72 hours, it will all be sorted"
Three days later I had email . . sort of many missing, many in spam and couldn't send . . Great
Started to improve slightly
Then it would not recognise my password
Came back, still a lot missing
Today 20 February - Gone everything
My patience is exhausted - Change to a different provider - yes but cannot access my contacts nor my subscriptions
Is this a form of toture? Thinking of refering to the Geneva Convention Surely we must have a right to our own information. If I cannot access it could talktalk not just send us our contacts and folder contents?
