For some reason the CEO's office got the impression I was querying the whole email platform, which in what was referred to them I wasn't, consequently they sent this:-
"However, I can confirm that no changes will be made to the service further to your feedback and that, should you continue to use the service, it will continue to function as it does at present with the exception of the new spam filtering system which is currently being implemented. This will be compete by the end of February and no further changes will be made."
I assume that applies to everyone else as well so there seems to be no point in either complaining or giving polite feedback as it will be officially ignored.
