I am finding it impossible to contact TT, either I spend hours on the phone and if I get through get passed from person tp person with no answers to my problems, the chat line is always busy or not available,it now seems we can no longer even send TT an email with our problems - is this what we are paying for.
Every time I turn on my laptop I get the message "no internet access" I then have have to turn off, unplug the modem and then start all over again, which is all extremely slow even though I pay £10 a month for the super fast. Then I spend all my time sorting out the spam emails from my webmail, transferring them to the trash folder then moving genuine emails from the trash folder to my webmail folder. I have just wasted time transferring 15 identical spam emails, this is constantly happening.Has any one found an answer to this problem?
