Since the introduction of the new webmail I cannot navigate the emails in fire fox, everything is ok in internet explorer and edge.
Web mail open ok and I can view My emails inbox but if I print an email and try to return to the inbox the whole thing just hangs and if I log out comes up with a small window saying that it has timed and and I will need to sign in again via this small unknown window which does not recognise my password. I have to sign in again via talktalk/webmail and it behaves as described before. is this a known problem that will be sorted or will I just have to use internet explorer/ edge.
