tiscali lineone webmail no access since 3/2/16

My lineone/tiscali email addresses worked fine on the 2/2/16 but from the following day I haven't been able to log in to webmail.  Had these addresses for many years so they contain very important correspondance from for example the Inland Revenue and legal mails.  The acceptable response times to formal correspondance is 14 days.  It is extremely critical that these emails addresses are restored in full

 

Last week I was assured (via the online chat option) that the addresses will be working in full firstly within 24-48 hours.  Nothing happened.  Then they guaranteed within 24 hours.  Again nothing.  Today I spent over an hour with them on the phone with no fix.  They have provided reference numbers, texts saying will update shortly but still nothing is fixed.

 

There were no texts or announcements alerting me of any planned downtime.  Never needed a talktalk account or been told it is necessary.

 

Now I'm told this issue is at the highest escalated level and will take 24 hrs or a maximum of 72 hrs to fix which would take me over 14 days without access.

 

Should I believe that my emails will be fixed soon????
