Since the 'upgrade', I firstly had no access to my email account for about a week now I have access to every folder except my inbox. I had a lot of important emails there ............ ticket bookings, flight details etc. which have now disappeared. Every time I call customer services I'm told they will be back in one or 2 days and that was over a week ago. I also am not getting any new emails or if I do see any when I log in, they disappear without me touching them. They haven't gone into my trash as that hasn't been updated since 31.01.16 when the new email layout became available.
Can anyone help with sorting out access to my inbox as I'm getting desparate now with flights, gigs, etc. coming up and I can't access the 'print at home' tickets.
Hopefully I'll be able to see any response emails before they disappear!
