Why was I out of e mail for at least 3 days. I need to know if I am entitled to any form of compensation as I use e mail for work and finding jobs. I also missed out on a chance to represent my county in a bowls match.
TalkTalk are just a little fremise in the attitude towards the customer. They make it so hard to contact them, no direct e mail contactt with them, just call a 0870 number and hope that you are not left hanging on for a long time. Anybody have any thoughts about what they snould offer use customers.
To add insult to injury they sent my monthly bill today, 24 hours after getting me back on e mail.
They should be contacting me and explaining why I was off the system so long.
