Hi all,
I have been receiving a mass load of spam lately... but that's the world we live in!
However, I have just noticed when logging into my account I have 3 emails showing - which were not sent to me!
The content of the said emails is not sensitive as it is spam - however, considering the recent high-profile data breach - this to me seems to be a serious issue with our data protection as TalkTalk customers.
I have tried to complain BUT get directed to telephone or write to them - where I would prefer to email screenshots as proof.
If I write to them - no doubt I'll just get ignored and they'll pretend they didn't receive the letter and if I telephone no doubt they won't understand what I'm talking about and will eventually need me to send them proof...
Anyone had any other issues of this kind - anyone know how to complain??
