Is this just webmail issues

Hi 

I'm reading about email problems.

Is this just webmail issues or is it affecting other.

I use FossaMail.  It keeps asking for password.... No matter how many times i do this or completely redo the account it still asks for password.....

So it seems to affect other clients as well
