Hi, as advised by OCE_Ady, I'm starting a new thread for my details to be passed over to the networks team. I am no longer a customer but have continued to use my tiscali email for about a decade without experiencing any problems. However, in October it started taking longer and longer to load up after logging in, and then at the beginning of December it wouldn't let me log in at all. It said my password was invalid. I have written to customer services, and received a reply asking me to phone up about it instead. I have tried phoning, but this didn't get me anywhere either. I also fear I've been hacked because a family member has recieved an email off me that I did't send. Please help me!
