Talktalk community does not work for customers. Keeps lid on problems

I got around a dozen emails on replies to this thread.  The post has disappeared.  Perhaps someone could explain?  There were some links I might have looked at.

Maybe the OP was correct in the statement Talktalk community does not work for customers. Keeps lid on problems

Just found this which I never read when I joined

http://www.talktalkmembers.com/t5/Community-News-Updates/Meet-the-Team/m-p/1578559

With the wealth of customer service experience in the OCE's, maybe one of them should address one of the current major complaints on this board:

THE EMAIL SYSTEM

Sorry for the caps, but I'm fed up of seeing all the posts, reading that TT are working night and day to sort it.  It's been going on for (at least) months.  I'm not sure whether I should be so bold as to say it, but I've not had too much trouble with it.

The other major problems seem to be the HG633 router and scam calls.

TT should realise that the router is a problem and maybe either remove their own version of the firmware (not that I know anything about it, but read on one post it may be a problem) or supply a decent router.  It could actually save money and frustrated customers long term.

The scam calls seem to me to be coming from leaks from call centres - posts saying engineer booked, then get loads of scam calls or not infrequent.

My BT8500 phone blocks these since I got it.  No doubt others are just as good - I got that as my son had a set as a gift from BT for their failure to deliver his BB supply in April - it's not just TT on that one!

Wonder how long this post will stay on the board?
