is there a problem with deleatimg/spaming e-mails with new set up,so slow or unresponsive

cant deleate or send messages to spam , says cannot connecyt to server or sooooooooo slow unbareable,new e-mail is so poor ,small compared to old.cant see all e mails in a page, why?you have to  stretch screen each page that comes up rediculous
