I've had issues with My Account since the account was moved to my name. Latest issue is that when I try to manage the email accounts i get a message pop up saying "No email accounts defined".
Chat pushed me through three agents and have now pushed this to the Network Team. They are testing my phone line? No idea why this would stop my email addresses being shown in Manage Email Accounts?
Another issue is I can't see my mobile bills either, keeps telling me to "Try Later".
HELP!
