I have been a Talktalk customer for many years now. I remember how concerned I was when they took over AOL. I knew from previous experience how slow and ineffiecient AOL was which is why I only used them for the shortest period possible. Since then, every time TT has announced something with the AOL branding, I've anticipated disaster, and this new email layout is just one more. It is small and cramped, slow! (it takes me twice as long as it used to to check my fifty-odd emails each morning. Sometimes the links don't work and I have to use my Thunderbird clone which is slow enough in its own right, but not as slow as this heap of *@#][!![]'#[@#]!* they have landed on us. How can I let TT know directly how I feel about this latest expensive mistake?
