A couple of weeks ago I mentioned in a discussion with another member that somebody tried to send to my talktalk account but the system seemed not to be working.
Now I have discovered that a message sent by me to a hotmail account was not received.
There was no bounceback message - it shows as "sent" in my mobile sent box (which doesn't sync with what I see on my PC) so how are users meant to know that the system has let them down?
This could occur over something really important. While my account APPEARS to have settled down on the whole regarding functionality IN REALITY the service is simply not reliable.
Where does TT stash away all these emails that never arrive and that don't have bouncebacks? One of these days it'll cause something to go seriously wrong for somebody with repercussions that TT could be held to be responsible for!
Maybe TT doesn't understand the concept?
