The new email webpage looks like it was configured for tablet not a PC.and I cannot read some of the text as the font is so small. The old email was not perfect the search facility for finding saved emails was a joke...... but the new email is a far worse joke it just isn't intuitive. Unfortunately I have not been able to use thehandy AOL alternative which was the same webpage as talktalk was before it was ruined but now it has suddenly refused to recognise me just a few of days after the new talktalk email took over.
Why can't talktalk offer us a choice or different email layouts so we can find one which suits our preferences I do not remember talktalk offering us a sample look before they rolled the new email webpage out. Have talktalk completely lost the plot and fallen in love with itself so it does exactly what it likes to us and then tells us about it afterwards just like every other London based company?
