I must say that I have never before been moved to say just how dissatisfied I am with talktalk in general! It seems that there are continual problems with the service in some way or other and it proves impossible to get a satisfactory answer to questions that are posed. I find that talking to support staff overseas is not good eithern, not with the individuals, but in that you cannot talk to anyone in UK about the problems. It does not work at all with Windows 10 in particular and now you cannot even log on to your email through a browser.
Is is there any chance that things will change or should I move to another provider? I thought that moving to fibre would see a better and faster servoice, but I have seen little improvement at all and not worth the additional monthly fee.
Whinge, whinge I know, but I am quite frustrated at this abysmal service.
