Can someone - preferably from Talktalk - please tell me why the format of my email screen has been changed?
The new format is very slow to refresh, cumbersome and because of the limit on entries per page severely inhibits my ability to interrogate my email history. It was working perfectly before, so why change it? I assume that this to accommodate the users of hand devices, but I don't use such technologies and simply want to access email via my desktop PC or laptop.
I raise my question here because of the problems that I always encounter when trying to contact Talktalk for assistance. On this occasion the 'how to contact us' screen is set, apparently permanently, to 'loading' - hence my currently high level of frustration!
I have to say that if I had known that this change was in the offing I would not have renewed my contract last summer.
