Following OCEady advice to raise a new ticket on this.
I have emails that simply do not get through to me at all. My accountant apparently was sending me email after email this year but I didnt receive any of them (but I used to at the start of the year) and a customer likewise had the same issue prior to this, they sent me emails but they did not get through, luckily I spoke to them about another matter and found this to be the case and didn't loose that business.
There are undoubtably other emails that I dont know about not getting to me because they dont get to either my inbox or spam folder (I use Windows Livemail on W7 to download) so I assume talktalk filters are just too agressive. Im ex tiscali and see no filters I can unset myself so would be grateful for help on this issue. I'd rather have to sift through spam than loose business and important emails.
I would add that for me this problem was first noticed in 2014 with a customer so not a new issue just one I hadn't really addressed figuring I'd never get anywhere with it going through helplines and spending hours on the phone. I've since began considering just choosing another supplier following the accountant episode just to get around the issue and came across this forum whilst googling the issue.
