I have been getting Martin's Money Tips emails in Outlook Express for a couple of years - but started using Webmail in December and since then have had problems with them
The email address for the incoming mail is martinsmoneytips@moneysavingsexpert.com
Each email goes straight into the "trash" folder instead of the in box. I highlight each one and move it to the inbox but when I "open" it, it either won't open at all , or it opens up with the header showing but the rest of the page is blank !!
I tried forwarding one to a second talktalk email address to see what happened - That one went to the "in" box and opened up as a HTML email with no pictures / headers etc!!
I'm an IT luddite but can follow basic instructions if anyone can tell me what to do to get around this
