Just got an email from talktalk saying my account has been inactive for over a year and will be deleted. I use my account daily from iPhone and iPad so I don't understand why. I thought at first it was a scam but there was no link or attachment so it must be genuine. I phoned the talktalk helpline but I'm not satisfied with the answer. They said they always send these out and if I've read the message then it will have been reactivated. I asked why it had been marked as inactive despite being used daily but she just said again the they always send these out. Not convinced that my email account is safe. Rather than talking to a call centre agin I'd rather email talktalk but there is one mail address anywhere on their website. Has anyone else had this experience?
