Why have Talktalk deleted my original and much used Tiscali email, even though I am a TT customer? I have had this email for 12 years, so nearly all my mail goes through it. I have a second tiscali email address which I had to have when I switched to broadband. I can still access this one and my account.
I have had no emails from my original account since early December, and after numerous password resets and talking to various technical staff who cannot restore this account password, it is obvious that this email address no longer exists and has been deleted by Talktalk.
What gives TT the right to do this with no prior warning to give me time to change the large amount of contacts etc while the account was still live.
This is totally unexceptable, and I shall be starting a complaints procedure written directly to their UK head office.
