This email problem has been going on for what seems likes a year or two it is about time it was sorted or to roll heads at the top.
It is as if the BOARD has decide to commit business suicide. Especially as the have not got the decency to post a notice as to whats going on. Talktalk about lack of loyalty to their customers. This keeps going on and they are killing any customer loyalty.
It will take more that a free boost or £10 to get out of the absolute shambles that it is becoming more than problematic. Radical changes are needed to turn Talktalk around perhaps starting by bring customer services on-shore and show more openness to it's customers. Then invest and not pocket the profits with not care to those that provide the profits.
