i am having difficulty logging into super safe boost

Hi,

 

I previously had f secure online security but a couple of weeks back it kept saying it is due to expire and to renew it. But when I click renew it asked for payment. I called talktalk and explained the problem. They explained that I should remove the f secure security software and re-download it again from the web. I have been trying to download supersafe boost for over two weeks and have had no luck. I was asked to log in to my supersafe boost account using the same password as my talktalk account but it didnt work. I have tried to reset it on my email but no email link was sent to rest it. I called talktalk and they advised me that a new password will be sent to my email within 48 hours but again no email no password and no internet security. I called talktalk again today and they said send an email to community.talktalk.co.uk/security and someone will respond and resolve the issue so lets see. I have also be charged £2 after I was told by talktalk that i will not be charged if supersafe was downloaded onto one device. I dont even have super safe boost and i only ever tried to download it onto one device so why have I been charged!
