Just seen that I put this post from Thursday has gone againt Home phone not email so am trying again! Also checked my husband's settings and he ahs details of Filters and Autoforward and Autoreply that I am not seeing in my webmail - does this explain why most messages are being blocked if there are no fiilters to see the addresses I want to block?

Since the hacking debacle I have discovered that a number of my emails are not getting through to my lineone address. In desperation I set up a yahoo account and have used that to keep track of some contacts (including this community). I have asked idividuals to send the same messages to lineone account and yahoo and only the yahoo ones are getting through - last try for this was yesterday. My husband also has a lineone account and his is fine. Messages that are reaching talktalk webmail are all going into my trash folder so I am having to check that and move the message that I want into the inbox and although I have seen an item on help pages that moving messages will 'teach' what contacts are ok, that does not seem to be happening. I've had this email address for a long time and don't really want the inconvenience of changing it. Any solutions will be gratefully received
