I've had an old Tiscali/Lineone email account for years which I have used as a primary account. I used it daily up until yesterday when I started to get an invalid user name or password error message when trying to retrieve mail, both directly (webmail) and using established settings on Outlook. Iknow the password is correct as it is saved on my pc and I have never changed it . I have no access to change my password as I am not a TalkTalk customer. I understand that in the circumstances, TalkTalk have no legal obligation to continue to provide this service but it would cause me significant inconvenience if it ceased. I have entered details on my profile. Hoping this is sufficient to allow you to arrange a password reset.
