Mid december 2015 send mail from mobile devices for ukgateway account started to fail to authenticate. Previously OK.
Recieve mail continued to work.
Talk Talk Web client worked always
Reading up on this forum tried password reset but just took me to phone contacts.
I then registered for this forum and then oddly I could reach web mail reset method.
I still had access to my alternate email presented.
PassReset request submitted and claimed was sucessful.
Allowed plenty of time but fails to authentiate, web mail or mobile device mail.
***** Now completely locked out of my email services. Not acceptable.
***** I no longer have a TALKTALK account. Just legacy ukgateway mail address.
Have entered addtional info in this my community setting as per other threads.
