When trying to login to a tiscali email account I get invalid password message. I have not changed it. Others in my family with tiscali accounts are problem free. Other posts on this forum suggest a known problem but I couldn't see a solution.
I can't reset my password via my account as I need the password that is supposed to be invalid (which is a little bizarre).
I am concerned that if this isn't the known problem I may have been hacked.
Chat seems to be off line and I haven't time to spend hours waiting for a call to be answered (10 mins on last try).
Anyone at TalkTalk who can help ?
