Don't you feel that you are just going from pillar to post, and back again....
I have no access to my email since receiving TXT message from Talktalk on 21st Dec.
"We have completed investigations on your line and will provide an update shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience".
On the 23rd Dec, I contact Livechat as soon as they became available at 8:00 am, and after spending over 30 mins explaing the problem, I was told...
"our engineers have got the fault and it will be resolved within 24 hours."
When I stated that that would be another day (4 in total) without access to my email, I was informed by LiveChat.
"I have escalated the issue to the Fault management team and you will be updated with the progress within 24 hours, 24 hours is the maximum expectation set with the customers, how ever you will hear from the fault management as soon as possible."
It has now been over 27 hours since being told yesterday by LiveChat that my problem would be resolved within 24 hours.
