After many conversations with Talk Talk over the past week regarding resetting of my Tiscali password, I eventualy spoke to someone who knew what to do to resolve the problem, their name was Kranti.
The password was reset within 48 hrs after the call and I was kept up to date via texts, even had a call on my mobile from the engineer who was dealing with the situation. He told me that they had moved over to new servers and these were very keen to monitor spam and any suspicious e mails to the address and would shut the e mail address down if needed to by removing the password.
My password was reset with a long combination of letters and numbers, I will still not be able to reset this myself as it will never show up onto "my account" I will need to ring in if I ever wish to change it again.
I trust this information is of help to many of you who still have lost your Tiscali e mails.
Well done Talk Talk I was just about to give up on you.
