I can no longer access my Tiscali email account (which I have used since the days of dial-up), due to the password having been changed. I am no longer a TalkTalk customer, so I can't log in, to change the password! I have transferred as many important things over to another email address as possible, but I've still missed a few important emails that have gone through to this account.
I was having some problems with spamming recently, so I assume the account was hacked, and the password may have been disabled for that reason.
I have put all my personal information in the Private Notes section of my profile, as requested by admins in other peoples' threads; if anyone from TalkTalk admin could help me reinstate this account with a secure password (details in the Private Notes box), I would be most grateful indeed!
