I don't have a talk talk account (never have) but have had a tiscali email address that I've had for years that now isn't accessible, seemingly hacked. It tells me that my password is incorrect even though I haven't changed it.
I've been all over the talk talk website to try and reset my password but it only goes on about how to do it IF you are a talk talk customer who can access 'my account'.
I've web chatted with out success, been directed to the call centre who were less than useless because the chap just read from a script (poorly, i might add) and didn't listen to what I'd said, and pointed me to the same web page for resetting passwords via 'my account. When i repeated that I didn't have a talk talk account he said to just check back every few days and it will probably resolve itself!!
Signing up to this community is my last throw of the dice, oh and setting up a hotmail account so I could use the community because obviously my tiscali email isn't accessible, so I couldn't verify the set up email.
Looking at the thread list it seems I'm not the only one but talk talk aren't sorting it.
Can any one help?
