Hi I seem to have the same issue as has been reported numerous times on the Community. Since Thursday I have been unable to access email on an old tiscali account as it claims the password is now invalid. I haven't changed it. I've raised the issue 3 times, I've been told it has been escalated a number of times, I have seen a number of texts stating that engineers are going to be testing my phone line (WHY????) but still no joy. More worryingly, TalkTalk support don't seem to be aware of the issue yet it's clearly a known problem judging by the number of posts on the subject here.
I don't think I've yet found a post that claims the issue has been resolved so I'm starting to get worried that my main email account is now defunct and I have no way of recovering it.
Has anybody actually seen this issue resolved, and if so what advice can you give me for getting TalkTalk to get it sorted ?
