Re: HG633 not recognising its password

I have not been able to connect with the tiscali server for the last three weeks, which means that I have had no Email at all !

I have been informed that tiscali has now been transfered over to 'Flure'  when I attempt to log in to Flure it requeste a password which I do not have. The Flure transfer letter included my tiscali accouint number ans a Fluer reference. None of these helped and I am unable to login to Flure. After contacting them on the Telephone I was told that I would receive new login details by Email in a few days. As I have no Email this is hardly helpful. I seriously wonder if these people know what they are doing and quite honestly I do not know what to do next except to ring them again and hope that the person answering is able to speak in a clearly recognisable regional brogue as I had great difficulty understanding the person I spoke to last time who spoke indistinctly and very fast although I had asked her to speak slower and clearly.Having been with Tiscaly for over 10 years despite having received internet speeds of .02 of a meg at times which were practically unusable. I would if possible like to remain with them if as I have a good telephone package. A further point is that when entries are made on or in the Forum I wish that a date was included as although I am writing this onthe 19/12/2015 Some of the entries I am reading would seem to have been written in some instances  years previously..
